Blackpit Brewery Event T&Cs
1. Tickets are not transferrable to other events or dates and are strictly not to be offered for resale. Tickets must only be used for personal or private use. If a ticket is offered for resale, or used outside of these terms, it may become void and the holder will be refused entry to the event. Each ticket, pass and wristband remains the property of the company at all times and if any breach of these terms is made, the ticket pass or wristband will become void and the holder refused entry or evicted from the event.
2. A ticket may be cancelled at any time within 14 days of the date of purchase of that ticket for a refund (booking fees are non-refundable). After this time has passed, bookings are not able to be cancelled or refunded. Tickets purchased within 14 days of the start date of the event are non-refundable.
3. Blackpit Brewery reserved the right to cancel or reschedule the event where it deems it necessary or appropriate due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control. In such instances, Blackpit Brewery shall always seek to reschedule the event and your ticket will become valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you must notify us in the specified deadline. In such instances you may cancel your order and will be eligible for a refund of the sale price of the ticket (excluding the booking fee paid). Failure to notify us within the specified deadline that you are unable to attend the new date will be deemed to ba reconfirmation of your order for the ticket(s) for the new date, and you will not be able to claim a refund. In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled and not subsequently re-arranged, you will be entitiled to a refund of the sale price of the ticket (excluding the booking fee paid). Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial purchase. Except as provided for within the clause, where an event is cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with this clause, Blackpit Brewery shall have no further liability whatsoever to you.
