Pregnancy Flow is a weekly pregnancy yoga class held in our modern studio, combining gentle yoga, breath work, biomechanics, and hypno-birthing techniques to help you feel calm, confident, and prepared for birth.
Suitable from 12 weeks to full term, classes run in 5 or 10-week blocks on Wednesday evenings 7-8PM.
No yoga experience needed. Mats and equipment provided.
