Sky rocket

Modern English IPA - 5.5%

We went about engineering an IPA on the border between real ale and a craft beer. Taking influence from West Coast IPAs, Sky Rocket is a dangerously quaffable session ale!

A bright amber ale with distinct wafts of nettles and elderflower on the nose – the strong mineral structure is a perfect surprise. Washed stones, wet pebbles and graphite underpin the aromatic entry. The malts are tangy, clean and well defined.  Lots of lead pencil and slate dominate the flavour leading to a long and lingering finish.
