17th & 18th August 2019
A selection of the best local, national and international breweries coming together to celebrate all things beer!
The concept is simple: bring together the drinker, the brewer and the beer, all in one idyllic location. Mix in a dollop of delicious street-food, a sprinkle of great music with a beautiful lake-side view and 'voila!' there you have it... a very lovely weekend!
A few images from our past events...
Beer + Brewery Courtyard
The heart of the festival is the Beer & Brewery Courtyard, featuring some of the best breweries you could wish to see.
Let's face it; food is very important!
Great street-food from artisan pizzas to wholesome burgers as well as delicious vegetarian options too!
Secret Woodland Bar
Tucked away in the ancient woodland that surrounds Blackpit Farm, there's an intimate woodland bar; could there be a better environment for supping a few beers?
The Not-Beer Bar
Beer not your thing? Worry not! There's a 'Not-Beer-Bar' serving everything from Prosecco to posh Gin & Tonics... even local cider.
Children are welcome to the Festival of Beer for free and there's activites to keep them entertained all day, from free face-painting to large chalk walls.
Want to get really beer-geeky? We've got a room dedicated to beer talks and seminars that are all free to attend.
There's two music stages; one is curated by Whispering Bob Harris, overlooking a beautiful lake, the other is a in the beer & brewery courtyard.
A ten minute walk from the festival, there's campsite with hot showers and flushing loos. There's even an on-site pub!
Sorry but the campsite operates a NO DOGS policy.
